Rhapsody could be a MacWorld NYC winner Conn.'s AG added a request for a Office '99 injunction . It will hit MSFT's cash cow if granted and benefit AAPL more than any IE action . Could give AAPL a significant edge in commercial markets with MSFT's Office '98 and a AAPL JAVA improved IE . MSFT's stand on its IE may end like IBM's defense of its sole right to market its patented punch cards . IBM gave in . Wonder if S. Jobs' disengaged himself from July's MacWorld so VP Phil Schiller could promote Rhapsody's summer '98 release , or does it bode further disassociation . Regards, Jim K.
