Wall Street Journal, Personal Technology column, by Walter Mossberg, Entitled "AOL Is Improving Its Service Package But Problems Remain"

Writer gives a reasonably balanced account of AOL pros and cons versus the competition.

His concluding comments in article: "If somebody like AT&T or Microsoft can establish a more reliable, cheaper, easier-to-reach, nationally branded path to the Internet, AOL might be beaten. But these and other competitors have failed to do so, despite big promises. So, for now, AOL is still the easiest home base in Cyberspace, and it's getting better".

Good luck to all, especially the open-minded and the reasonably polite,

Brian (Mr Manners :-) )
