Mackie, I suggest you do your own DD. It sounds to me like you are fishing on the thread for others to do it for you. First, I just got off the phone with Mr. Bolton at the investor's relations desk. This is after playing extensive phone tag with both that office and the filing desk. I am still waiting for a call back from the supervisor of the filing desk, again after playing phone tag. From what Mr.Bolton described to me(although he could not clarify as to the reg number), in his own words, what you described, your source, etc. "sound fishy". Take it for what it's worth.
More importantly, I confirmed from the company that the time and date in which you specified that such a call was made, both Mr.Adam and Mr.Monas were either out of the office or tending other business, and it was categorically denied that any such call was made. Intuitively, I would think that any such call, if it were made, would have been to their SEC attorney's and others that are handling the completion of the form 10 filing.
