To Efrain and Flier,
First Efrain, your post earlier with the detail was the matter
that I was referring about that I saw the short part on World News,
and the earlier post by you of full detail and length, I cannot
find under this BB anymore for whatever the reason I don't know.
Second, Flier, I had sent you back a public reply to the questions you directed at me and it was posted and now removed for some reason.
I had stated for one that there was no mention about "Start" and
that it was a short mention with pictures of the China Military
woman that was to have handed over the funds. Also Flier I had
said that I agreed with you that till "Start" was resolved, their
would be no forward action by EPEA.
No matter what political party takes large funds,I feel we all
agree that those giving the funds for election are expecting a
wanted help and favorable considerations for their betterment,
and funds from another country is not in the best interest of our
country-USA, and I don't have enough info to say it has any effect
with EPEA and "Start", but what has left me puzzled, is even with
Peacekeeper in the Start treaty, I feel that the US and Russia would never in their right minds left out wording covering any newly developed ICBM's by either country.
Which my point is "Why can Delta launch,as they can just as well send for its payload a nuclear weapon?",and EPEA can not send up
