[ BCAM Warrants ] Sandra, They have been extended. ===> Class B and Class E Warrants - The Company's Class B warrants were issued in connection with a 1990 public offering of securities of the Company. The Class E Warrants were issued in connection with a "Discounted Warrant Plan" offered to holders of the Class A Warrants (all of which have been exercised or expired) and Class B Warrants issued in connection with the public offering in 1990. The Class B and Class E Warrants are presently exercisable, were due to expire in January 1998, have been extended to October 17, 1998 and are subject to anti-dilution provisions.
