Message from Nasdaq on Yahoo: It is time to put the short interest debate to rest! The short position is not a myth. Anyone can call NASD and find the short interest for a given issue. The deadline for marketmakers to report this information is the 15th of each month. AS OF May 15th, the short interest in TGSK is 599,077 shares. This is public information anyone can get from NASD, and I will post more information as I get it. This is a positive development, as this means guaranteed buyers (covering) for a lot of shares. At what price? That may well depend on you, so do not sell!
