Dick, I take it that you and I are neighbors. I live in Clarksburg,Pa. Check the funeral notice in the Indiana paper - you'll see my name as the minister doing a service. The info I obtained about the class action lawsuit is for all investors who bought between the afore mentioned dates. I called one of the lawyers after a friend saw a notice in the Investor's Business Daily. You are mixing some of BICO problems when you mention the prohibition of stock in Pa. That whole ordeal is related to their subsidiary if I remember my facts correctly. I don't know what happened to that but I don't think there was a class action suit, but rather an investigation into co. wrongdoing. At any rate, if you want a copy of the lawsuit, I will be in Indiana on Friday and Saturday and would be happy to drop it off anywhere you might live or work. If you live our work anywhere in the area let me know via E mail and I can drop it off - I do lots of traveling! Blessings, Tom PS - I just saw your E mail address - yep we're neighbors!
