Yelling accomplishes nothing, in my opinion. If all we had were hollow promises of becoming a reporting company, we would have every right to complain, although why would any one remain an investor? Here, there are (i) dramatic changes which bode well and (ii) at the same time could (I am not saying they do) justify delays, accounting interpretation issues, possible SEC review issues. Until we know for a fact we are being strung out, venting our spleen at the wrong person or for the wrong reason makes us look ridiculous, and burns bridges for future investor communications (in my opinion).
