<IMO Yeltsin will be out before the end of the year.> Pancho, I agree. Funny thing I saw Yelstin at the G8 meeting holding onto another G8 member (don't know who it was, Kohl?)looked very feeble and sickly. Also heard a rumour that the Russian market selloff today was sparked in part by a small mutiny in the Armed forces that was quickly put down. It appears the BOJ, which spent $ 30B supporting the Yen last month to drive it down from 133 to 128 has given up defending the Yen and the US is no where in sight selling $'s. Should be an interesting night in Asia.
