I have no info regarding your lawsuit question except it's one of
several lawsuits filed by stockholders against CPQ.
On your keystroke question I have the Num lock key on all the time but yours my be a different situation.
In regards to CPQ acting poorly I think some of the big boys are unloading so as to accumulate later at a cheaper price plus CPQ has a lot of call option open interest that needs to be trimmed by bringing price down they can buy back the options much cheaper. Does anyone know when the next earning's report comes out? Right now
CPQ is a good covered call candidate or if it goes lower sell puts.

Just my opinion.
