Hmm, Omni, something is rumbling, but I am not sure I like it. Energy Optics sent me a thick packet of papers which arrived today. They are holding a special stockholders' meeting next week, and there are a few things on the table. One is changing their name to American Millennium Corporation--no surprise there. Next is upping authorized shares to 60,000,000. No biggy there, unless they want to issue them right away. Then they want to issue 10,000,000 preferred shares. Danger Will Robinson! I hope they learned from the Casmyn debacle, or we common holders are toast. This is the interesting one: They want to "authorize its Board of Directors to issue options and other rights with respect to its shares to directors, officers and employees of the Company without offering the same to the Shareholders generally." Not sure I understand this one...does it mean they will be paying their people with stock? The meeting is on 5/27/98 at 9am...I could be there, but I really doubt it is worth my time and expense in going down there. Does anybody plan on attending? Cheers! Rick
