Sounds to me like the "goo problem" might be fixed. Words like "milestone" and "successful collaboration" are not quantifiable but reassuring. The pessimists may view this as a mere parting of the ways of VLNC and Delphi, but I think (and hope)the bugs have been worked out and we will here contract announcements before too long. Volume spiked noticeably, but obviously still some skepticism preventing the price from moving significantly higher.
