IMO, the earnings are great news, 0.06 a share this quarter, 0.06 last quarter. They hint at strong earnings next quarter as they are holding back rubber sales for the next quarter. This company just makes money. All they have to do is keep it up at this pace and not dilute shares any further. The market will eventually respond. People shy away because of the last dilution, however their EPS has not dropped dramatically after the dilution, they have basically made up for most of it w/ the higher earnings. By my calculations this should trade at about a $1.20/share. I base this on a conservitive estimate of 5x earnings for an industrial company. I think that the fact that China is a growing market could make it trade at a higher multiple, however the fact is people are wary of trading in a communist country and may have been burned previously by either investing in CHRB before the dilution or by investing in a washout stock like CIND. So the possible growth is canceled out by the risk factor. 0.06/share x 4 x 5= $1.20

As far as the reverse split, I think long term it has to be done if they are going to stay on the NASDAQ. Unless we see a great jump in share price between now and the vote, I'm voting yes. Hate to see that 15,000 shares drop off my portfolio though. Made me feel like I owned a lot of something :)
