gwolf...yes I use MACD as part of my routine screening charts (with BBands, RSI and Williams%R)
However, I no longer use it as a buy signal at all, since I find it too slow for penny stocks...have to be very careful with which parameters you use (11,22,34)...otherwise get too many false buy signals...I use to confirm a buy ...if MACD trending up and other indicators good, I'm in regardless if MACD crosses over...

Re: COII...I'm impressed how well its hung in there with dropping volume...I think if things continue to get quieter, a drop becomes more probable...seems though to be in strong hands...what do you think? not many sellers...everyone waiting for the end of the quiet period?
