S.A.P. is now the Microsoft of Enterprise Application Suites ... I think this might be a chance to get it a reasonable valuation ... SAP is not growing as fast as it used to because its so big now ... but right now, so many Fortune 100 companies, like ours are converting to SAP ... the biggest problem with it is the length of time to implement and the high cost of SAP consultants ($200 per hour) ... but the demand is still great ...

Where will SAP growth come from ???

1. Companies who have the older R/2 (mainframe version) going to R/3 (client server)
2. Companies installing the other SAP Modules after they start becoming comfortable with it
3. Companies using legacy system that need to compete with others that have converted ...
4. New releases of the software
5. Their new SAP-LITE which takes a lot quicker to implement

Check out BAANF too ... it's doing better than SAP lately in terms of growth because its like 10 time smaller ...

Check out MANU (Manugistics) which are partnering with SAP ... SAP already incorporates supply chain/demand functionality but Manugistics takes it a lot further ... our company is using it now and are well please with it ... I wish I bought the stock earlier this year in the teens ... it's now in the $40's and if you look at the chart, it barely corrected last July ... this sector is becoming hot ... check out I2 (ITWO) ... one of their competitors was recently bought by Peoplesoft
