RE: I don't think anyone opposes a different viewpoint, we mostly oppose being called suckers for buying.
So there is a double standard. I have been called just about everything for my comments and for shorting. While I may have responded once or twice, I have not made a habit of it, and have tried very hard to restrain myself from name calling.
I think everyone here knows that there is a bit of excess in all stocks at this point. The bulls want more, and the bears want reality. (I am a bear, hence the bear twist)
If for some bizzar reason, the bears end up right this time, In hindsight it will be as easy to put a negative label on the Bulls as it is currently for the bulls to do so to the bears.
If the name calling really gets under your skin, just relax..... re-evaluate your position..... and act accordingly. If the action required is nothing, then the name calling should not bother you. If action is taken, then thank the name caller, as he/she is the one that started the re-evaluation process. A week later, you can send the name caller a thankyou or a flame for the change.
