Rich - Hope you come back and provide input. INNN and its CEO took investors for a ride. NTN was never to compete with INNN as NTN was not looking to get into the homes via HARDWARE, just content. That is why NTN is still an on going business and four (4) other companies are out of business. Also, it appears from prior court cases, that someone stole the technology from NTN to get into this business in the first place. INNN's CEO was the companys problem, wanted to be BIG too FAST and TCI pulled the plug on him. He would not listen to his backers from my understanding. The people on Prodigy that invested in INNN were tell those that invested in NTN that INNN would eat us up and that NTN was worthless. They still post sometimes wanting to know how the stock is doing. Its at about $.10 to $.06 a share. Also, the CEO did Reg S stock offerings overseas and they made BIG $$$ as the stock tanked.

Anytime someone want to up the price of the stock, they start a rumor about a buy out. The last one took the stock to $8.25 because some Sony Executive purchased a large block. As far as I know, he still owes it. Pat and Dan have no intention of selling the company at this time or in the future willingly. If an offer comes in, it is Boards duty to study it and make a recommendation. This is Pat and Dan live we are talking about here. They have gone thur hell with this company.

By the way, I have been following the company since 1992 and have visited it often. I live very close to the company and hear it talked about on the local financial radio shows.

This is the number to hear the replay of the conference call:
1-800-642-1687 then input 118297 when asked. I hear the first 30 minutes on my lunch. I will listen again for the Q & A's. Jerry cleaned house. Any one in doubt about who is running the company on a daily basic now????

Where is the News release on the earnings??? Business Wire did not carry it. Someone please post.

Jim
