I'm sorry, but they must be joking here: "We may never know how (Netscape) would have developed in the absence of the kinds of anti-competitive behavior that formed the basis of the governments' case," the company said in a written statement. With the significant portion of the browser market they do have in their hands, why can't we ever see how Netscape would have developed? Do they need the full 100% to have their vision become real?
