Mark,

Where are you pal, I think we all could use those pom poms right
about now. What the hell happened today ? I hope my misfortune this
weekend hasn't continued into today and rubbed off on Naxos. My wife
(8 months pregnant) and I were attending a friend's wedding this weekend out in the Berkshires. We had a little time to kill prior to the event so we decided to take a "quick" side trip up to the summit of Mt. Greylock. Unfortunately, the car decided that it didn't want to cooperate and we found ourselves "stranded" half way to the top.
Now, picture my wife at 8 months pregnant on a hot day with may flies
on the attack and waiting for the AAA tow truck to arrive. You can't
take refuge from the flies in the car. Sure, you could get the windows up, but with no A/C you'd roast. Sooo, here's my wife waddling back and forth up the side of Mt. Greylock dodging the onslaught of flies...not a pretty sight. And of course, it was all
my fault. We eventually did make it to the wedding, but are still unsure of our car's fate. Yep, between the hotel accomodations, gift,
rental car, to die for maternity dress that my wife "needed" for the wedding and the car repair bill I guess this will end up being about
the most expensive wedding that I have ever attended ! Sorry to ramble, I guess you just had to be there...

Then today I come back to read the latest press release. Not bad
I thought, then WHAM - the stock slides into the toilet...what gives ?
I hope this has all just been a really bad dream and I will be waking up at the AGM surrounded by all of you loyal Naxonians waving smelling salts under my nose and stating: "Gee Jim, we thought we lost you there for a minute. After Russ told us that Goldman Sachs was going to rank us as their #1 growth stock selection of the next decade you just blacked out and dropped to the floor". Oh well, how much worse can it get right ??? Have a good day all :)

Jim

p.s. Did the Bulls win too ?
