icvi may not announce tomorrow but will definitely announce by wed at latest, it is a done deal and i have confirmed all the dd info. the book value is 4 dollars a share, if you thrown in anything else, even though there really is nothing else, ok i guess its still a 4 dollar stock. it closed at .142 on ask side. macker
