you won't get it.. I doubt it anyway... what probably happened was that either you were looking at delayed quotes or the MM's filled so many orders before yours that by the time your order came up in line.. the price was 14cents.. I've had very little luck contesting trade executions in the penny market.. but come the next few days imho.. you won't care too much if you got in at 12cents or 14cents.. jim
