Speedster: No argument. Your "hype" numbers are lower than my short-term numbers. As for earnings being the bottom line.. absolutely. It's what the Street looks at, first and last. That being said, the issue of competition may not be all that meaningful unless they start to lose customers before gaining them. Apparently, they have enough of a lead on any pack to guarantee a nice client base before the competition can even sniff. Additionally, they're playing with some of the big boys on their side. And yes, Hill et al (whomever et al are) is a great start. It seems like the little guy is always the innovator in this country. Then, somebody big takes notice and tries to buy 'em rather than beat 'em. Sometimes the little guy becomes a Microsoft and sometimes he becomes part of a Microsoft. Both scenarios work for the investor. I believe the technical foundation of Financial Intranet is too attractive for a large corporation not to try to buy as opposed to reinventing the information wheel. However, with the right partnerships and right bank, FNTN may not need that corporation to reach its goals.
Incidentally, I just bought a little more at the inflated price of .79... so I BELIEVE!
Regards,
Wally
