Thanks, Bird.

I was one of the many calls that NASD received today and it was real obvious to me that I was not the first person they had talked to about this stock, answers were, for the most part, carefully worded.

I learned that there is no requirement for MMs to disclose short positions in OTCs, but in one person's opinion at NASD, it is entirely possible that larger houses do so since they are in the habit of reporting on the listed issues in which they make a market. Seems to me that if the 599k is true, and I suspect it is although we will clearly not be able to verify it now if someone at NASD slipped up, then that number would not represent the smaller MMs, heavy into OTCs, who are in the habit of NOT disclosing this information, since they do not have to. That would lead me to surmise that the short is indeed considerably bigger than 599k, since it only represents a portion of the players.

Once we are listed, all MMs will have to meet the short position disclosure requirements on the 15th of each month. And won't that be interesting?
