To all-
Wasn't going to log on again until the 5000th post. guess I'll let someone else have that honor.
Have been at meetings all afternoon, spent the morning on another thread just to antagonize Tmex and keep him distracted. Plus also to have some fun, for some of you who don't know me ...I like to go a round or two.
Personally I found the DJ article intriguing, just in the fact that our contributions on this thread are being acknowledged. Spend some time on some of the other threads, and you'll realize how pertinent and insightful many of the comments on this thread have been, especially in contrast to most of the garbage passing for "dd" elsewhere.
Regarding C & D, enforcement at SEC has acknowledge my reporting of their actions. This acknowledgement doesn't necessarily mean they, the SEC, will do anything. But, at least they are aware, of these "mentally challenged" pseudo-professionals AGAIN.
Every time I read C & D's report, I cringed. How on earth could any one who knows anything about financing start up companies take C & D seriously.
First, these pseudos..don't make any distinction between long term and short term debt. C & D doesn't even question to find out the rates at which any borrowed monies are financed. Consequently C &D has no clue as to the actual COST of the money that PNLK has borrowed. Therefore, C & D can't access whether the rate of return is greater than the service on the debt. If it the rate is greater than the service, PNLK makes money regardless of how much debt they carry..
Second, a point I've made before, start up companies especially in software technologies don't need a lot of start up capital. Why? Some common sense people! No manufacturing plants are needed like with durable goods..No fancies laboratories are needed like with pharmaceuticals/biotechs. no construction budgets are needed like with retail stores/nursinng homes or office buildings or housing. Therefore it is prudent and plain common sense to keep overhead, expenses and debt down until capital and sales come in. Such conservatism will lead much quicker to profitability. C & D's analysis therefore doesn't even recognize the particular facets of specific sectors.
Or, in other words, C & D and any one who takes this company seriously should go back to nursery school and restart their educations.
Anyway enough about C & D, DJ and all the other sources interested in PNLK, bode well for the future of the company. Remember all this activity has occurred BEFORE Glenn's major marketing push. Besides like many others on this thread I have already doubled (others have tripled) my money. That we all are still here HOLDING LONG more than attests for our well founded belief in the validity and legitimacy of ProNetLink, since we could have settled for the short sighted cash out rather than the visionary and forthcoming upward ride.
Then again, this is just my enthusiastic opinion, so take it for what it is worth, for I can be a bigger moron than those I chastise.
