And you must therefore define bad as successful. MSFT has seen the govt's. case and has decided to take their chances with the courts. Imagine requiring that they install a copy of NSCP as part of their software. Why just NSCP why not all the other purveyors of browsers who are even more poorly run than NSCP? JFD
