MB, Yeah, I discussed it about a year ago on the Kahuna thread , but not many folks took it too seriously. I am glad to see the mainstream press pick it up. The way I see it, instead of paying dividends back to shareholders, companies are buying stock, giving it to their employees as unreported(except buried in the 10-K) salary expense, and the value of the company is diluted. Is it any wonder Price/Book ratios are in the clouds ? WS
