Microsoft Monopoly Abuse -Running to Substance? RE:"Why don't the shareholders of Microsoft or the management of Msft petition a compensatory damage lawsuit again the states and the doj on grounds of harassment and deliberate attempt to sabotage a legitimate run business. Let a jury decide how much Microsoft should be compensated and reimbursed for legal fees, deprivation and punishment." Good point!: If Microsoft is in fact a "legitimate(ly) run business", the situation demands some such action on the part of its management. HR PS: Some how, some way, this whole acrimonious thing needs to be set out in the open. I am sure we can all agree that there are things none of us would tolerate from business men or government officials alike.
