Thanks! My partner called and spoke to Jim yesterday also. He mentioned that he had spoken with David Krenbrink for a couple of hours with his lawyers and worked out all the items that needed to be changed. He said they faxed that down to David and expected to get the signed copy back soon. He's expecting to be able to post an announcement by next week sometime! Looks like things are looking up for this one at last! Any ideas on how far this one will go? Michael Oh.
