Makes me sick too. I have 20K shares bought at .03. Bought 10K private placement @.06 (from the former Ms Churchill), they soon sent another 10K cert. When the price went up the certs were in a drawer, by the time I got time to my broker, did a 144 and got them through brokers legal dept. trading was halted (forever). I knew it was a scam soon after buying, just din't know they were smart enough to run such a great stock scam. Guess I can ask broker for my certs back as a collectors item. JP
