Hey Mark!!!

I wouldn't advise you to settle down quite yet in that Bear Cave of yours... :0) I was pretty impressed with what I saw and heard down there. I learned a lot of little minutiae about some value-added services Bill incorporating in this unit which should increase income substantially.

For the rest of you, here's my newletter that I put out just a few minutes ago:

Howdy all!! 14 Nov 96

What a DAY!! Took off in a snow flurry that left us on the tarmac at Washington's National Airport for 60 minutes waiting to be de-iced. The delay almost caused me to miss my connecting flight from Charlotte to Charleston, but I made it with 2 minutes to spare... :0) Arrived in SC with the sun shining and some other pleasant surprises which I will share in another edition.

Anyway, I only have a few minutes to dedicate to this, but I would like to say that in Real Estate, the catch phrase is, Location, Location, Location... In MicroCap Stocks the equivalent is Management, Management, Management, followed by Vision, Vision, etc..

Bill is an extremely strong manager, and a man of vision. During the 4 1/2 hours I spent with him, we talked about everything from politics to various stocks we'd invested in... etc, as well as the company. He is,in essence, a Southern Gentleman. I found we shared a lot perspectives on integrity and philosophy. The personal time that we spent together fully engendered my confidence in the him and his company.

The unit #1is on its slab, and the storage tanks are positioned as well. Now the various minutiae involved in connecting this and that can begin. I met the chief project Engineer, Pete, and found him to be extremely capable and quite the "hands on" kind of man.

Real quickly, as my final comment in this edition, I also met one of the original shareholders who just happened to stop by to see the progress. We talked for about 10-15 minutes and he told me that he had quite a chunk of shares, (6 figures) and wasn't even comtemplating selling them. He told me that when the unit had been up and running at the Mt. Pleasant location, he used to go up there and get a load of fuel for use in his home furnace. BTW, this wasn't some young gullible individual. He was in his 70's, and understood the dynamics of the process fully. He's known what he was investing in ever since he first saw the original prototype many years ago.

I thought that the fact that he was still coming out to look at his investment, and STILL strongly BULLISH on the company and Bill Carraway, makes an incredible statement in itself. Those who FULLY understand the economics of the company and its process KNOW how much money they are going to eventually make. And in the next edition, I describe a scenario in which they will likely make EVEN MORE money from providing value added services. But that is for next issue because I'm going to bed.... :0)

Regards,

Ron
