OK I have a correction to make. The warrants from what I can understand CAN be exercised. Now how this is done is you call you broker and tell them you want to exercise the warrants in your position. The broker will send a check for the money in your account to the DTC which in turn the DTC will send the money to the TA (Transfer Agent) which will in turn send the certificates for the stocks back to the DTC and forward the money to the company.

NOW if there is a short position on a warrant and it gets exercised the short has to cover the position. Basically exercising a warrant is like calling for the certificate on the common. They will have 3 days to cover any short position on a warrant that is exercised.

NOW Further more the P is going to get a 33% increase on any short position that may be on the P come May , 29, 1998. 11 days away.. HELLO!!! Furthermore again look for buying opportunities in the shakes and shimmies and spreads incresing as the time draws near.

NOW the common is at .81 so the warrants are undervalued .10 because they are valued at .31 not to mention the P should be trading at $28.00 which is $8.00 undervalued.

NOW the day traders are perplexed on which one to run because of the equal balance the triology of stock has. Even if day traders try to run it they will only give back the stock they bought and the longs will continue to accumulate.

I hope everyone keeps me informed on the positions they have and I am including the warrants with this lastest development. I have calculated there are approx 9M warrants that were issued with the A & B preferred.
