Hey quick question, what does it mean when the bid/ask moves a significant percentage and there is little volume?

That is a good question. As a rule of thumb when you see a large move without volume the MM's are testing the market to see what it will bear.

When I see a B/A drop with no volume I generally will buy some more as this is known as a "shake". The drop is usually followed by an immediate UT when buying resumes.
