Not that I'm any expert on MDIX and I am looking forward to
what Mike M. has to say, I would like to throw my conjecture
into the news release.

Thus far all that has been mentioned as come to pass. The
board meeting, the share holder rights issue, etc.

What I read into the release is that MDIX is indeed a target.
What convinces me of this is the poison pill (shareholder
rights) and the consulting with a bank to lock down value of
the company as it exists. So far that has been a big question
to us and obviously others.

Now comes the waiting game (more)
