Dave, They very discreetly issued the 10QSB on Friday, without a release. Hoping to slip it under the rug on you poor suckers. You can see the filing at any of the edgar sites, eg freeedgar.com The sad part is that American Explorer actually sounded like it may be an interesting company. But there is just too much baggage going along with the Optima crew to make me wanna buy the stock.
