Its a maybe, though they do say that they restrict the partners who can be in the "syndicate"... to 4, I think, Those are the ones paying the heavy dues.

It may be they had to do that to get enough cash to ensure that they could stay solvent til they have some real new molecule discoveries to crow about.

My doubts about ABSC as an investment are that they dont have a set of predictable news items to drive the share price, and there is little to judge their performance by for the next 12 months.
