The company is trading at a 75 P/E

After today's close, make that a P/E of 69.1

I'm now looking at the Oct 20 calls. At a price of 6 they look attractive, but, who knows where the bottom of this run is? CBSL is being put into the penalty box for something outside of their control. I'm starting to wonder if sanctions are going to affect future contract negotiations.
