If a shareholder passes on the rights offering without selling the rights for a decent amount of money, he/she will be diluted like crazy. I, for one, am planning to oversubscribe, that's the play, hoping that many don't subscribe at all.

The fact that this is a rights offering rather than a tax-free dividend of the spinoff (a la LU or YUM), it indicates FIBR's desperate need for cash. Oh well, long sell cycles yada yada yada.

Still have faith...
