Macker, I'm glad you clarified that, because even though I knew what you were saying, others might not. To further clarify this, from my perspective, the DD we have all done on DGIV is unequalled in the BB world. With all due respect to the DD that you and others may have done on ICVI, the fact remains that there are huge unknowns there. Might be a good short term play with loose change (or might not), but does not compare with the bird in the hand we have here. Something about a casino cruise company that owns convenience stores reverse merging with a West Virginia coal mine company that seems... a bit strange. But hey, what do I know, I'm a tech guy :-)
