Now don't take this wrong; I'm a pessaholic.

One could also read the PR to say "Delphi has decided to pull
out of the collaboration. They're yanking their engineers out
of Henderson and won't help pay the bills on the facility any more.
Maybe they'll work on auto batteries, but not with VLNC's help.
Besides, they've figured out that LI-poly is overkill for the
auto market anyway as there are cheaper technologies available
when mass and shape are not crucial. VLNC weakly responds by
reiterating the old company line yet again, having been thrown
for a loss by Delphi's pull-out. Lev, not having any real news,
attempts damage control by repeating their intent to make
batteries someday."

Who knows? Certainly not me. I'm holding. My response to the
"news" was to call their IR (FRB) and ask for details on the CC.

Again ... this was an intentionally pessimistic interpretation,
for which I have no facts. So why do I bother? I want real news.
