Care to offer a rebuttal to the following from the Yahoo circus? "How come no one wants to discuss the shareholder meeting (except for Mr. Boo)? Did investors see the OUTRAGEOUS proposals IDM wants to put in place...C'mon, let's all think CLEARLY here... You ever think to yourself, HOW DARE THIS COMPANY WANT TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF AUTHORIZED SHARES !!! This company will have 76,000,000 million shares out there.
