Tom, This case is just a beginning of coming bigger struggles of governments vs. multinational giant companies. Not only US but IMO all over the world we will witness similar fights over the new regulations, laws, ethics about business in 21st century. This is not just a simple "anti-trust case", this is much bigger than that. Just an opinion. Take care.
