CAP, Recieved notice of 10Q filing and found this. I'm just posting information, but wish it presented a more optimistic picture. NW freeedgar.com I'll save you a trip to FREEDGAR. The report is delayed again. PART III NARRATIVE State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. The Company is operating short-staffed due to the prior departure of a financial executive who has not been replaced. Another key member of the financial organization became ill during the period when this report on Form 10-Q was being prepared, making it impossible for the Company to diligently and thoroughly prepare the report without unreasonable effort or expense.
