I do not believe there is anything inherently wrong with the business model. One problem (on going until Jerry got there) is/was expenses. They grew so fast that they lost control of expenses in my opinion. Ed - you have to listen to the Conference Call (replay) 1-800-642-1687 then 118297 when asked. I only listen to the first 30 minutes during my lunch. Jerry was explainning the report in detail. I am going to listen and tape the Conference Call as soon as I get this typed. It looks like the big $$$ like what Jerry has done so far. I expect some profit taking tomorrow. Jim
