Hello Judy! During this trading range market, what has the funds been doing with their money? Have they been taking advantage of this market by accumulating shares of stocks as part of their continued sector rotation of funds? Or have the funds been sitting on their cash except perhaps for some accumulation of select stocks? Some think they have seen evidence of a flight of cash to bonds. Lately it seems the more defensive stocks have been starting to see action. We are at a transition point in the DJIA right now right near 9000. Thank you! Bob Graham
