r.dog: I get impatient every time DELL leaps and we sit here with our CPQ sliding. Owning this stock makes me feel stupid occasionally.

My impressions on eventual turn around (we're still 20% below 97 highs) follow. Please feel free to correct or elaborate with your feelings as well as facts..

1) DEC acquisition approval announcement by Feds late May/early June
2) CPQ announcements of details of DEC acquisition soon after Fed approval.
3) New models announced in June?
4) Flat 2qt earnings announcement in July and optimistic outlook for 2nd half.
