I wish my stock recommendation generated as much interest as this discussion.
But you hit the nail on the head about the prosecution of the case against OJ. They really screwed up. But before they even got started the case was tainted by #1; the coroner did not arrive on the scene to do his work until the next morning (critical evidence lost there) then #2; Detective VanAdder running around the crime scene with a vial of OJ's blood in his pocket (when it was turned in blood was missing from the vial, all blood evidence tainted because of that). Keystone cops is right.
I don't think I want the French system. The prosecution has an unlimited budget while I have none because I'm such an unlucky investor!ha,ha. So I can't get Johnny Cochran.
I think Ronald Reagan tried to get the deficit down but to be fair after he was shot he didn't have the energy for the fight and it got away from him. He shut down the government to force a balanced budget but the congress wouldn't do it even then. Think of all the people who like the deficit. Who gets all those billions in interest every year. Some are here at SI. But mostly bankers and enormously wealthy investors, fund managers, whoever buys a T-Bill. The truth is nobody in Washington ever intends to pay off the deficit. Many powerful movers and shakers think it is good business (for them).
I better stop while I'm behind in this discussion. So what about SYCR? BOB
