Let's see, if an underwriting is done correctly there is a road show to institutions, after the offering there is research coverage, the new company's stock symbol and exchange is printed, I don't think FULL NMS is too hard to get for this company, price will be above 6 to meet the $5 rule, and assets of parent fibr BALLOON WITH CASH AND VALUE OF THEIR HOLDINGS IN EN GROUP, with the # of companies looking at chip I suspect the long the time for the offering the higher the IPO price. So if you can see the forrest through the trees, you know what to do. the above was from my own thinking, please point out any inaccuracies and positives.
