Herm,

The "proposed settlements" is what the lawyers are asking for. They can ask for whatever they want (and of course the bigger the number the bigger their 17%) but they will IMO end up getting ZERO.

I would like to know if anyone can document exactly when and where Vivus made bullish statements when they "knew" otherwise.
