George: I would love to know the answer to your question. The litigation picture is one of the factors that I took into consideration when making my decision of shorting avei. To me the the significant possibility of loosing at least one of these law suits was the frosting on the cake (i.e., added to all the other stuff Greeberg and Co. write about) I am short from 40 and 37.
