Since I trade through eSchwab, I called their IPO unit today to inquire about the ORBC IPO. You have to be a preferred customer to be able to participate in their IPO's - either have a huge amount of capital with Schwab or be an active trader. I think I qualify on the latter - certainly not on the former.

They are putting me on their list and sending me a prospectus. Said the IPO will probably go off sometime in early July. Also said that if I get some shares and sell them inside of a month, then they will not allow me to participate in any of their other IPO's for six months. They want investor types, not flippers.
